account is over the upload limit

Hi! I reached my upload limit so my form was disabled. I removed several older submission and modified my form to no longer accept uploaded images. I do not wish to upgrade. How do I get my form enabled again now that I am below the limit?

It seems your account is still over the limit for your upload files.

Kindly delete some of your submission data with uploads to free up your space.

I would suggest downloading your data first before deleting.
