Space limit full although there are no submissions

Hi,

I have deleted all submissions to free up upload space and removed them from trash too but it still says I'm almost out of upload space. I've seen in other entries that your team intervened to recalculate upload space and said that this can only done from your end (See https://www.jotform.com/answers/2776690-Please-refresh-my-upload-spac). Can you please recalculate my upload limit?

The submission limit is automatically set back to 0 on a monthly basis.
