Respondents are getting a "Form not found" error when submitting the form

Just had my first client
try to fill out the form & submit it & they said they got a "form not
found" error AFTER they filled out the form & went to place the deposit &
submit. I believe there also may be something going on with the paypal
integration. I go to edit the form to try to fix it because there's a
little red notation above my deposit portion saying I haven't completing
the setup for thr payment portion but as soon as I click on it it goes away
& I can't cancel the integration to try to reconnect it.

If you are referring to the form that you linked on the original ticket you have opened, which is this form https://form.jotform.com/210213203376037, I checked and I found that form under a deleted account.

The username of that account that form is under is jwyre88.

Just let us know if you would like for us to restore that account for you so you may log in to that account and make a request to transfer the from that account to your account.

I cloned that form over to my new account and used that link. Does it not
work bc it's a clone?
