Downgrade my current plan

I would like to downgrade my current plan to bronze, will I receive credit.

To downgrade your account to the Bronze plan, first you need to cancel your current plan. After you cancel your plan we can refund you and you can upgrade back to the Bronze plan.

If your subscription is directly paid via Paypal, you might need to directly cancel it in your Paypal account. Here's the link to that specific guide that you can follow.

Only 5 forms would be enabled in your account when your account is back to free. However, once you upgrade your subscription again to Bronze, you would have 25 active forms.

If you need more than 25 active forms, then I would suggest staying in the Silver plan.
