How to change username? (Paypal Payment Method)

I want to change the user name of this account to Pawsitive Impact NC Dog Rescue.

I checked your account and noticed you have used PayPal as your payment method. To be able to change your username, we need you to downgrade/cancel your current subscription to free and then you can change your username.

This is because if we change your username in JotForm, the changed name will not reflect on your PayPal subscription. And it may cause issues with your payments.

1- You will need to cancel first the paid subscription in your PayPal account. You can check our user guide below;

2- After you cancel your PayPal, you need to downgrade your account to a FREE plan

3- We can change your username while you are using a FREE plan

4- After we change your username, you can upgrade your account to your current plan
