Hide Empty Fields does not hide empty fields...

Can you help me hide fields in e-mails that are empty? I have turned the feature on, as show below, and yet, empty fields still show on the emails:

You should use the default data table in your email notification and autoresponder email for the Hide Empty Fields feature to work.

If you have made any changes to the template it doesn't work.

Can you try testing if you face the issue when adding a new email notification?

oohhhhkayyyyyy....so what is the use of making changes and refining a default data table if doing so has negative impacts on the functionality of the email notifications?

Hi,

Editing the table causes issues when used with the hide empty fields feature. If you want to edit the email you cannot use that feature.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Shocking to hear, but now that I know...(you might want to let your developer team and marketing teams find a way to communicate that to your cusotmers BEFORE they edit the tempalte...and put a little message to the TOGGLE button that says "Hide empty feilds from emails" so that the customer's know not to expect so much from Jotform. Would save a lot of headaches.
