Allow multiple users to sign the same form

Is it possible to have two different people sign the same form? I need an employee signature and an administrator signature on the same form.

Yes, sure that is possible. Once the first signatory signs the form, simply send an email to the second signatory with the edit submission link so that he/she can edit the submission and add his/her signature.
