Problems upgrading my forms to HIPPA compliant

I am trying to verify my email but it is only giving me Google and Facebook login options. Please help as I need to make my forms HIPPA compliant.

Firstly change the login options from Google/Facebook and use the email/username option.

To do that, reset your account password. This will send a password reset link to your account email address. You can create a new password.

After that log in using your email/username and new password and then update your account to HIPAA - https://www.jotform.com/help/500-how-to-upgrade-to-hipaa-compliance
