Is this just for building forms for websites or can I build forms for us to print for business use?

You can use Jotform for anything.

I'm starting a senior living consulting business and need the forms for consultations. Physical forms I take with me for intake data. Then the ability to fill in information and print a plan to present to the client after I put together the results. So I would like to include business logo on the forms.

You can create a form with our form builder and use it on any device to collect the data. The form does not have to be embedded. Each form has its own link which can be opened in any browser on any device.
