Limit the number of tickets sold and add a discount

I can't figure out how to do this. There are two different teachers. So students can purchase one class or both. I need a way where I can limit the number of tickets being sold because there are only 25 spots per session. Also, I need to integrate this with a payment. If they pick one class or the other, they pay a certain amount. If they pick both sessions, there's a discount. I tried looking it up and using gift registry and inventory and a ticket purchase template. However, I just can't figure out how to control the ticket quantities.

    Yes, it is possible.

Here are some ticket related widgets that may help you with that:

-Inventory: Avoid overselling products or overbooking events.

-Ticket Purchases: Show how many tickets are available for purchase.

-Gift Registry: A Checklist with an Item Counter.

-Quantity Gift Registry: Add a list of items with a counter to your form.

-Appointment Slots: Schedule appointments through your forms.

Regarding the discount, you would have to include one textbox that will be formed inputting the discount code, and then do the calculations for discounting the total price.

I know about the widgets, but I can't figure out how To make them work together. For instance, I need to know specifically that if a ticket purchase is made, how do I calculate the payment and also deduct a ticket from the total with the person just choosing a ticket. That's where I am unable to put those two things to work together.

Hi again @studiospace218 - Sorry but looks like we need more information to create a demo form for your purpose. Could you please answer the following?

    1. I'm seeing the below ticket selection on your form. What are their prices? 1612482979 601c89a3d9f95 Screenshot 10
    2. Do you only allow one ticket type per submission? Or a person can buy let's say 2 budget and 2 standard tickets?

As for the discount, I'm afraid the widgets doesn't have the capability to count how many of its options are selected. You may consider having a fixed discount instead or a coupon code.

    @Sonnyfer

I apologize. Apparently, I copied the wrong link. This is the correct one. https://www.jotform.com/build/210340291023034#preview

The tickets are $35 each. If they buy both, they get a $10 discount.

We have 25 of each ticket.

    Hi studiospace218,

I'm afraid it may not possible to count how many the option selected from the Inventory widget. However, as my colleague has suggested, you may consider having a fixed discount or a coupon code using our Product List.

In addition, you may consider limiting your submissions too. Kindly refer to the following guide: How to Limit Submissions in a Form

Is there is a way that I can hide the ticket amounts on the order form? https://www.jotform.com/build/210340291023034#preview
