Plan Information Early Education Program

    Good Afternoon,

    I am reaching out to you from an Early Education Program. We are looking to move our registration process online. We will require a parent to fill out registration forms with contact information, emergency contacts etc. Each form will need at least one e-signature. Once per year the family needs to update the form by resigning and dating if all information is still accurate and/or making any changes as needed. We have 7 different locations, so we would like to have at least 8 account managers (once for each school and one at our main office) with access to the information to be able to send to the parents and retrieve when completed.

    Can you explain your plans and let me know if these features are possible?

    Yes, you can add an e-signature in all your form, please follow the steps here

    The recommendation is to follow the instruction here in order to create the Jotform Workflow for a different level of approval.
