create hyperlink

I am trying to ask users with just one check box to agree to Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent, etc. each of these should appear in hyperlink so that the user can click and it can take them to the appropriate web page of our website. However, it does not show up as a hyperlink for me. I included screenshots

Sorry but that workaround will not work on Card forms, which is what you are using as per your second screenshot.

Why don't you check out our Terms and Conditions widget instead of using a multiple-choice field?

I am thinking about using subscription payments with authorize.net. If someone sets up a membership how can the customer manage it later? Is there a way for them to log in and cancel or it has to be done by admin?
