I am trying to ask users with just one check box to agree to Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent, etc. each of these should appear in hyperlink so that the user can click and it can take them to the appropriate web page of our website. I found a post about this and followed the steps https://www.jotform.com/answers/2265863-How-can-I-have-multiple-terms-and-conditions-URLs-within-the-same-widget-field

However, it does not show up as a hyperlink for me. I included screenshots 1612494881_601cb8214dbf0_

Sorry but that workaround will not work on Card forms, which is what you are using as per your second screenshot.

Why don't you check out our Terms and Conditions widget instead of using a multiple-choice field?

Here is the widget link: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/terms-and-condition

A useful guide for reference: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-how-to-add-a-widget-to-your-form

You can add multiple Terms and conditions widgets for Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent, etc.

Do try and let us know if this helps.

    Hi,

    Thank you!

I am thinking about using subscription payments with authorize.net. If someone sets up a membership how can the customer manage it later? Is there a way for them to log in and cancel or it has to be done by admin?

Since your last query was regarding subscription payment, let's address that on your other logged ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2878879-authorizenet-subscription-management
