Where do I find the uploads or what report do I run to access them?

Hello! I need some assistance in finding photos that are uploaded.

I have created a survey form using the one card at at time method, and I have included an upload option.

I do not get a notification that the survey was completed after it's submitted but it shows there's a submission when I go to MY FORMS. However, my biggest concern is any documents or photos that are uploaded. Where do I find the uploads or what report do I run to access them?

Hi Kim, thank you for reaching us.

I see that you do not have Notification settings. If you would like to be notified whenever a submission is made, you will need to set up Notification settings. Kindly refer to the following guide: Setting up Email Notifications

If you would like to view the uploaded documents or photos, you may see them from your Tables or Inbox. When you click on the form, the Submissions button should appear on the toolbar. This will redirect you to Tables so that you can view your files.
