    How I can add a price to an image, so that I can calculate a formula?

    Hello,

    I have cloned and tested your form.


    Unfortunately, it is not possible to add values to the image picker widget.


    However, I can suggest you an alternative:

    Please, check my Demo-Form. You can clone my form and play with it if you wish.

    You can use calculation values for the multiple checkboxes element.

    After that - you can use Form Calculation to count checkboxes:

    After that - you can align checkboxes to images and add some style to them using Custom CSS.

    This step might be not so simple, but we are happy to help you with it.
