Questions regarding transferring forms and "collaborating"

I am creating some forms from my account for a nonprofit running a science fair with another account. I would like to transfer the form over to their account.

    1. Would I still be able to edit the form, its settings, and any integrations with 3rd party apps once the form is in their account when I become its "collaborator"? Or would I need to do all that before the form is transferred?

    2. I want to assure that responses to the form are pushed to a Google spreadsheet through 3rd party integration. Would I be able to set that up on the transferred form if I am a collaborator on the form?

    3. In addition, the form may end up using the Spreadsheet-to-form widget for email validation, i.e., only emails on the spreadsheet can continue to complete the form. Would I be able to upload the spreadsheet that is used for the form from my account if I am a "collaborator" on the transferred form? I may need to do this periodically because the spreadsheet will contain responses from one form, i.e., a registration form is used to collect email addresses for the spreadsheet and a confirmation form is sent a few weeks later only to those same email addresses.

    4. Am I able to change the settings at any time for a form if I am a "collaborator/" I may need to set expiration date or change form password periodically.

    5. Am I able to access the responses and download the response data as a "collaborator?" Or does the nonprofit

    6. Finally, how do I transfer the form? I figure it makes more sense to transfer the form as opposed to having the nonprofit import it from a URL, unless importing it also includes all the settings and conditional logic.

    Please advise.

We can move the form to the user's account.

As a collaborator, you can edit the form and the form's settings but not the Integrations.

Unfortunately, the form owner must do the integration. For more information about the collaboration feature, please check this page: https://www.jotform.com/help/419-Understanding-Form-Collaboration

Yes, you would be able to upload the Spreadsheet to the Spreadsheet Form widget. However, you won't be able to connect the form to the user's Google Sheet. The form owner needs to connect it or he might share the credentials to you so that you could do the needful.

Yes, you may be able to change the password for the form.

Yes, they need to give you access to view their submissions and be able to edit download the submissions.
