I am having an issue viewing my PDF submissions from the form in the image. This began this morning and I cannot see any submission from Tuesday. I have cleared the cache in the JotForm, cleared cache and cookies in my browser, and re-uploaded the PDF to the jotform survey.
Is there anything else that can be done to fix this issue?

Hello,
We are sorry for the inconvenience. I have cloned your "Student Learning Environment Preference & 2021-2022 Re-Enrollment Forms" form and tried to replicate the same issue on my end. Unfortunately, I could not do so. I was able to view the PDF document on the PDF Editor.
