When submitting a form and paying at the end, I receive the following error message:
Payee does not have appropriate consent to allow the API caller to process this type of transaction on their behalf. Your current setup requires the 'payee' to provide a consent before this transaction can be processed successfully.
Form is Team Competition Entry Form.
Paypal Business integration appears to be fine. It says connected.
What appears to be the problem?
Thank you,

Greetings,
That probably means the API keys you entered are not active. Please see this guide: How to Obtain PayPal API Credentials. https://www.jotform.com/help/284-how-to-obtain-paypal-api-credentials
But, This error is usually associated with the PayPal Pro payment element. And It is recommended trying to authenticate the API data again. Related guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/458-how-to-integrate-form-with-paypal-pro
To integrate JotForm with PayPal Business, please follow the steps mentioned here https://www.jotform.com/help/737-how-to-integrate-paypal-business-with-jotform
