HIPAA: not able to view submission on Inbox

    We are unable to see the information on the submission form. It is showing this for about 5 days now.

    Hi Shavonne_Gumbs,

    Since you are HIPAA compliant, we can't access your submissions page to test it from our end. Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and log back into your account and see if the issue persists.

    I have also cleared your form cache from the server.

    Also, may we ask for a screenshot of the issue as we can not check your form to troubleshoot it at our end.
