Subscription - Upload Space

    Good afternoon,

    I was looking at the subscriptions details and noticed a big difference in the GB vs. MB Space. The Free Version includes 100 MB and the Upgraded version includes 10 GB. Do you have any info as to where I can look up how many GB/MB I am currently using with the 4 forms I have now? If not, can your company look that up on your end to give me an idea of what I am looking at? I started off with the Upgrade but am looking at downgrading for the time being for my small side project. If I downgrade, I want to ensure that I can keep all of the widgets I have currently and that no work has been lost.

    Aside from this question, I have another question regarding your mobile app. Every time I select "edit form" the page is blank. I have taken a screen recording of it for evidence in case it is needed. I am a tad frustrated at the moment, because I restarted the app and even restarted my phone and it showed the same white blank page. One of the main reasons I use your companies forms is because you can edit the forms on the go on the mobile device and it doesn't seem to work. Please let me know what you can do for me.

    You were referring to your account Upload space usage. You can check for more details in your account usage page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

    The Available Space mentioned in the pricing page refers to your account usage Upload space limit.
