Questions on pricing

In the Starter tier What is the difference between 5 forms and 100 monthly submissions? Also, will it integrate to my instagram page? Instagram is not listed as one of the integration app options.

5 forms mean you can only have up to 5 forms within your account.

100 submissions mean you can only receive up to 100 submissions per month regardless from which form or who submitted it.
