Downloading PDFs separately but in bulk

Is this still the suggested method:

    https://www.jotform.com/answers/1075328-Downloading-each-submission-as-a-separate-PDF-file

Because it no longer works. I tried with Chrome and Firefox - no luck. This method does not work any longer. Please advise.

You may download your submission as PDF by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/73-how-to-download-form-submissions-as-excel-csv-pdf

You may also download all the data in your PDF editor https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor.

Let us know how it goes.

Sorry for the confusion, as far as I know, you can not download a separate PDF using the "Download All" button in the PDF Editor. If you need to download a separate PDF document to each submission, you will need to download it manually in the PDF editor using the "Download" button.

You can try the "Download All" button, but I think one PDF document will contain multiple submissions.

Jherwin -- actually it does work! You can check the link provided by your teammate in my previous post :)

So, if you want to download all the submissions at once, in separate PDFs, you do it from the PDF Editor.

If you want to download all the submissions at once, in one PDF (or multiple aggregated PDFs in the case of large files), you do it from the Tables (Submissions) area.
