Lost PDF Connection Settings

    Good Afternoon,

    I have been working on a 15 page form for days and all of a sudden my PDF settings are gone. When I revert back they are still gone. Is there anything that you can do to help? It's slightly devastating.

    Issue: every field that I paired from the PDF form to the original PDF is no longer paired. It happened when I accidentally paired one on top of the other, they joined as one so I removed them from the original, then received a connection error, and when I went back into the form all pairing was gone. Each field is not asking me if I want to add to PDF.

    Top 10 saddest day of my life. LOL!

    Any help would be appreciated because repairing will take several hours.

    Hello Chris! I just checked your form and noticed that there is no mapping/pairing between the online form fields and the PDF fields.

    It seems that you'll need to map the fields again manually; or if this has not been moved to the production as of yet; you can discard this and create a new form; new form will have the fields automatically mapped which you can then adjust as per your requirement.

    Regarding the issue you faced; can you provide us the exact replication steps?

    We'll investigate it further.
