Sorry, but I do not see any form embedded in the webpage you mentioned. Please mention the exact URL or show us a screenshot of where the form is located.
Also, please try using the iFrame embed method when embedding the form on your webpage: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-getting-the-form-iframe-code

Which embedded method you have used to embed your form? I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iframe embed code and see if that solves your problem. The problem is it's not my webpage, I'm just using it to fill in the form
