HI,
The jotform is still saying we are out of upload space. please can you advise.
Also the completed documents are not going to the registered email address. please can you review this.

It seems you have reached your upload limit for the free account.
If you want to receive more submissions, you would have to upgrade your plan or delete your submission data with uploaded files.

Regarding your notification email, kindly add one in your form.
