Account Suspended

    Yesterday I was trying to create a CC form and then our account got suspended, this wasn't an online form it was supposed to be a pdf.

    Can you help us reactivate our account?

    I see my colleague has already conveyed to you in the past that it is not allowed to collect the Credit Card numbers in the form.

    Here are the Terms of use:

    Collecting credit card details using regular text fields is not allowed here in JotForm. Please check our terms of use.

    If you need to collect payments from your users, please use one of our payment processors. Here's a guide: Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form.

    You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date. Here's a guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization.

    Yes, we thought creating a PDF was allowed, we didn't mean to create an online form for this purpose.

    Our account is still disabled. Can you help us reactivate it?

    I have reactivated it, but had to delete the form that caused the autosuspension, please refrain from doing these forms, we have a history on each account and we might not unsuspend the account if you keep on building the same type of forms.
