Good Morning,
We are experiencing a glitch with one of our forms 'Brilliant SA Project Questionnaire'.
The forms are emailed to our business email once they are completed by prospective clients.
However, in the last fortnight the same forms have been emailed to us multiple times, at random times. It appears in submissions that clients have resubmitted the same forms multiple times but this is not the case! Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?

Our apologies for the inconvenience.
This happens when users do not close the page after they have submitted the form. As such, when they re-open the browser, the browsers usually reload the unclosed tabs which cause a resubmission.
I suggest you add a Captcha field or enable Unique Submission or Unique Question so the system can block duplicate submissions.
