This paid subscription was made with a credit card. We do not have cash options besides credit card and PayPal.

I checked both of your forms but none of them has a payment field.
If you are collecting payment externally, unfortunately, we have no way of keeping track on that.
What we can track are payments made directly within your form before submission.

As per checking earlier and rechecking now, you only have 2 forms and in these 2 forms that I have checked, there is no payment field.
If you have deleted the payment field, please note that it will also delete the submitted data on that field.
You can revert to an earlier version where you still had the payment field in order to restore the data for that field. However, kindly note that reverting to a previous version will delete your recent changes and may cause you to lose data on those recent fields.

Once you already have the old payment field back, a data in the payment field will usually mean that the user made a payment.
