How to free up submission storage

I have deleted all of my form submissions to clear the storage, so why am I getting the following error: You're out of submission storage limit.

To free up submission storage, you need to permanently delete the trashed submissions.

Please note that once trashed entries are purged, they can't be restored. I advise you to backup your submission data if you still need it in the future: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-how-to-download-form-submissions-as-excel-csv-pdf
