Is it possible to have multiple accounts for each division?

we are a non profit and we have several divisions. is it possible to have an area for each division to login with their own pw? create their forms independent of other divisions?

Yes. You may create multiple accounts for your organisation. However, each account is required to be registered using separate email address. If you want the forms in an account to be managed by other user, you may consider using Form collaboration and share the submissions as well.
