Calendar booking - how to amend/cancel booking?

I set up a calendar to allow clients to book meetings.

I would like to understand if the appointment can be changed/cancelled.

I notice that the selected times remains unavailable even if removed from GCalender (I seem to understand the integration works only in one direction) but I can't find a way to amend/cancel time from Jot form.

That is correct, you can only push data from JotForm to Google Calendar.

Regarding the canceled slots, you would have to delete the associated entry on your submission page to reopen an appointment slot.
