Using info from form to personalize custom PDF art certificate

We are using JotForm to collect information from embedded JotForm form on our website which I want to personalize a PDF certificate using our original art.

How do I manage this? I originally saw a custom PDF feature to purchase. And now that opportunity is eluding me.

You may consider using our PDF Editor. Or, you may consider creating your PDF art certificate outside, then take advantage of our Smart PDF Forms which will help you automatically convert submission data and input it into your art certificate.

However, if you have already gathered the submissions, you may need to import the submission into the PDF Form.

Kindly noted that importing submission will be counted against your monthly limit. It is also not possible to connect the current form with the PDF form.
