Unable to access submissions

Ever since I switched my form to HIPAA compliant I can’t see any of my submissions Info

To clarify, are you trying to access your submissions through the Tables page? Because submissions on HIPAA forms are encrypted by default, and the only to access or view them is through the Tables page: How-to-view-form-submissions.
