I'm trying to download a pdf of the form we created. Why can't i download the form?

Upon checking, you still don't have any submissions with 8 of your forms, but you have attachments. If it's the latter, you can choose the "download attachments" option.

We don't have the option of downloading it as an attachment.

Please note that only forms with the File Upload field have the Download Attachments option.

The form on the screenshot does not have it. Also, your forms do not have any submissions.

If you want to download a PDF report, you first need to receive a submission.

The File Upload field is a basic field, that you can use if you want to allow your users to upload files to your form.

If you want to add a form to your website, you need to get the form's embed code and embed it to your website.

Embedded forms can be completed online on any device.

If you also want to allow your user to print the form and fill it manually as a paper form, you can add the print button to the form.
