duplicate the submission and schedule them manually

I think an easier solution might be just
to duplicate the submission and schedule them manually. Is there a way to
duplicate a submission exactly as it is?

    Hi,

If I understand your question correctly, you want a duplicated submission when the form is submitted. You can set up the form to copy the previous submission data and prepopulate the fields with that data in the new submission.

    Here's a guide: how-to-prepopulate-the-same-form-with-data-from-a-previous-submission

Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.

Is this going to duplicate/pre-populate info for anyone who opens it? As I
mentioned, we are using this for COVID-19 scheduling. I would like to be
able to have them complete the form once and choose their appointment time
from the scheduler - then create a duplicate form where we are able to go
in and schedule their second. I know that we can change the date on the
original form but that opens up the appointment at the original time which
we do not want. We want both times to show as unavailable for others.
    Hopefully that makes sense....

    Hi,

Please note that once the appointment slot is already taken, it will be disabled so others can't select it. You can also exclude the appointment field when you prepopulate the second submission.

I hope this information helps. Let us know if you have further questions.

    Hello,
So, if I do the above - each individual submission will have a duplicate
with the information from the original submission and that person's
    specific answers?
I know that the appointment time is disabled when used, but currently we
are going back in to reschedule their 2nd appointment by changing the
original date to the second date. We cannot do this until the day of the
1st appointment because when we change the appointment it re-opens the
original appointment time. Ideally, we would be able to schedule both
    appointments at the same time...

You can set the appointment slot to accept 2 attendees per slot.

It's very frustrating that there is no phone support available. Thus far I
have not been able to get across what I am wanting to do. I already allow
up to 3 per time slot. This has nothing to do with that. I am scheduling
COVID 19 vaccine appointments so I need one scheduled and then 1 28 days
later at the exact same time of day. From all of the answers I have
received back so far this doesn't seem possible but that seems crazy to me
with all of the technology we have.
I want to schedule a second time slot 28 days later for each person -
without releasing the original slot. Is this a possibility?

    Hi,

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer live phone support.

As to your concern, yes, you can schedule the second appointment 28 days after the first appointment. To achieve this, you can add an Update/Calculate field condition to conditionally set the second appointment date.

    Here's a sample condition:
