Failed to make payment - card was declined

    Hello,

    We have been subscribing to the Silver Plan since before, unfortunately , Jotform did not charged the card for March Subscriptions. And while we were trying to re-subscribe it stated that the card was declined.

    We are using Big Pay Prepaid Mastercard. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi AFSMalaysia,

    What error did you receive? If possible could you post a screenshot of the error that you received? This guide will assist you to post a screenshot on this support forum - How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.

    Also while entering the credit card details, did you ensure that the card is valid and the details entered were correct?

    Hi AFSMalaysia,

    I think your issue is related to your credit card and its authorization given by the bank. Could you please contact the bank that provides the card service?

    Also, try using another credit card belonging to another bank. As you may know, some banks block transactions if it is not suitable for their policy. We do have other payment options, e.g PayPal, which you can choose if it is acceptable for you.

    Please turn back to us after talking to the bank that provides the credit card associated with the issue.
