Where to Find Assigned Forms on JotForm Website

Hi,

One of my team members is struggling when trying to submit his daily form through his phone. He has some technical issues; the app is not working with him but he can open his account in the website. My question is where to find the assigned forms in the website?

Noting that we were able to find them in the website through laptop browser but not in the mobile..

We really apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused.

Your team member can reach the assigned form by following the steps below:

1. Go to "My Forms" page on your browser. Log-in to your account.
2. On My Forms page, you will see a folder named "ASSIGNED FORMS" on the left of the screen, in the list of form folders, if there is any assigned form to you.
3. Click the "ASSIGNED FORMS" folder and you will reach your assigned forms. Please see also the screencast below:

For the issues that your team member is having with the mobile application; if you think it is caused because of the JotForm Mobile App, and not because of the phone he/she is using or another technical problem which is unrelated to JotForm, please let us know; send us the account name of the user, details about the issue, screenshots of the issue if possible, etc. So, we can investigate the issue further and we would be more than happy to help you.
