I cannot get contact list in excel to migrate to JotForm widget

    Hi there - I'm not sure if I understood you correctly. Are you trying to use Spreadsheet to form widget? I checked your last form but can't seem to locate the widget in it.

    Are you perhaps working on a different form? Also, could you share some screenshots to better illustrate the issue, please?

    Thanks for your anticipated reply. Unfortunately, I needed assistance sooner rather than later. I really do like your product however, the drastic lag in assistance has driven me to outsource several projects. It seems that if you opted to make some real time service to your paying customer’s it would help build the camp. The big box store mentality of help yourself or go somewhere else really doesn’t work that well, in my opinion.

    I have several pressing questions for a current project however I have little confidence I can obtain a timely reply in order to meet deadline expectations. So once againI have been forced to out source while searching for program to meet our needs and that offers some real support for their product. Like I stated before, I really like your product and see the benefit in so many areas of our business however, support is key.
