Please change the account email address

Hi, I would like to change my Email address to Sivasubramaniam.Appadurai@Vesuvius.com, who is my Colleague works with me and I have left the organisation and handed over the rights to him. Can you do the needful by changing the user ID and email address.

I checked that currently there is no JotForm account linked to your email address a****a.ve*****y[@]ve****us.com

I suggest that you, or you can advise your friend to login to the JotForm account and follow this guide to change the email address: https://www.jotform.com/help/1271-how-to-change-your-account-email-address

And follow this guide to change the account name: https://www.jotform.com/help/526-how-to-change-the-username or if the account is on paid plan, kindly open a ticket requesting to change the account name.

Please note that there is already a JotForm account named Ak**y****us*my linked to email address Siv**********am.Ap*****ai[@]Ve****us.com and there were already a request from that account to change email and username that has been responded by one of my colleagues.
