The PDF form is not attaching to the email notification, even after enabling it under Settings/Email/Notifications/Advance

    Followed instructions as described under https://www.jotform.com/help/503-How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications. However, upon submission of the form, the PDF Form is not attaching to the email. Can you please help.

    I've temporarily added myself as an email recipient, submitted your form and successfully received the email and the attached PDF document as shown below.

    Good Morning,
    I received 2 emails;
    The Email where Admin@Jotform.com was included has an attachment.
    The second email where I was the only recipient did not have an attachment.
    The PDF attachment I received is not the one I was hoping to get. The
    expected attachment should show the PDF template that was uploaded (see
    “Attachment Expected”). Can you please assist me with getting this correct.

    It seems that there is no attachment in your reply. Please note that you are not able to attach files to this support forum. Please kindly try to attach a screenshot of your PDF file instead. To add a screenshot in this forum, please kindly check out the following link.

    May I ask what email are you talking about? There's only one email alert on the addressed form as shown below.
