Publish form: What is the correct link for sharing my form?

Hello,

I am setting us an automated system to remind clients of their appointment. Please can you advise which type of link I should put on the automated reminder to allow everyone to access and complete their won COVID19 form. I know I have sent a form to some one before and then someone else could not complete the form through the same link as it had already been completed.

If you want to send a link for people to fill out your form, you can use the guide below to get the link:
How-to-send-a-form-via-email
Just make sure that the form is set to Public.

If you want your users to view their submission once they have sent the form, you can use the link from this guide: How-to-let-users-view-their-submission

Tha k you for your reply. The link will be in a text message, will that
work? Wasn't aware of that setting to change to public, thank you. Doing
that will allow every to complete the same form from the link?

Yes, when you make the form public, everyone can complete the form from the same link.
