I am trying to create a form that can be sent out for signature and returned to me via email securely. I signed up and paid for the HIPAA compliance features already.

I was that you already enabled HIPAA Compliance features.

You can collect signatures with the basic signature field or signature widgets. To receive submitted data via email, you need to create the Email Notification.
