Send email based on users answer

Hi - Looking for some help in choosing the correct form to use. I want to use a signup form but one where the customer can choose a product from a drop-down menu. Once they have chosen the product from the drop-down menu, they are sent a personalised email. The email would be different depending on the item they chose from the drop-down menu.

Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.
