Is it possible to collect multiple signatures from different persons on a form?

I know this is probably getting into a zone JotForm doesn't cover but we have a document that requires signatures from different people (different email addresses). Is it possible to pass a document around between different people like that? Similar to DocuSign, etc?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

It is possible to collect multiple signatures for the same form from different people.
You can do this by adding multiple E-Signature Widgets on your form, and sending the edit link of the form via an Autoresponder to the second and third party, and so on.

With conditional logic, you can hide the other signature fields if needed, and you can set up which autoresponder email to send after each signature.

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to do this:

    1. Make sure you have set up all the signature fields on the form.

    2. If the persons are always different, you will need to add an email field for them too.

    3. Set up an Autoresponder email. As the Recipient, you can choose the email field you added for the second person.

    4. Insert the Edit Link of the form into the Autoresponder. You can find it under "Form Fields" by the email content editor. Or you can simply insert it by typing {edit_link}.

Another, easier option would be to use our latest feature, JotForm Approvals. With Approvals, you can create approval flows in an easy drag-and-drop interface, and send the form to multiple persons for collecting signatures.
    You can find Approvals here:
