Appointment: Allow submitters to cancel appointment w/o needing to delete submission

Is there a way through the confirmations that they can cancel and not just reschedule the appointment?

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no option for the user to cancel the appointment. The user must inform you that he/she is canceling. Then, you can delete the associated submission.

Guide: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

Doing so will clear the supposed timeslot and will be available again for others.

Note: Deleting a submission will remove it permanently from the form.

I appreciate the clarification Cecile! Thank you. We realize how to delete the submissions though we hate to do so as it helps us to keep a record of the appointments. Is there a cost associated with adding the cancellation feature if it is desired?
