Zoom Integration: Bulk Registrations using JotForm Table

I am hoping to use the new JotForm integration with Zoom to bulk register attendees for a large Zoom event. They have already registered using Wild Apricot, so asking them to re-register via JotForm or Zoom will engender frustration. I also want to be able to control how their names appear on-screen.

I have created a form that would do this import for me, in the hopes that I could paste the registrants in the table view of the submissions. While filling out the form itself works, manually adding them to the submission table does not. Is there any way to trigger the Zoom registration by adding data to the table manually?

I've been experimenting with this option:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/308-import-app-easily-import-your-excel-or-csv-data-into-jotform

But it still only registers new submissions that come in via the form. This answer did not solve a similar issue with a google spreadsheet integration:

Form submission data are sent to Zoom via integration during form submission. This means that after you import your form submissions or after you have manually entered them, you would still need to resubmit the submissions. You can resubmit a submission by editing them one by one. The instructions on how you can edit submissions on your end can be found in this guide — How-to-edit-submissions-made-on-your-forms

But before you resubmit the submissions, I would suggest that you check if the email autoresponder in your form, the one intended to be sent to your respondents, is set to be sent in edit mode.

It looks like the editing can only happen one at a time. Is there any way to do a bulk edit/bulk submit?

I'm afraid that yes, you can only edit submissions one at a time on the JotForm Tables and there is no option to resubmit multiple submissions at once. However, another option that might work for you is to load the edit link of your form submissions in your web browser instead of accessing them through the JotForm Tables page one by one.

The edit link of submission is consists of "https://www.jotform.com/edit/" plus the Submission ID of the submission.

You can find the submission ID of each of your submission by following the instructions in this guide:

    Where-to-find-the-Submission-ID

Gather the submission ID of all the submissions first by downloading it. Then, attached the first part of the edit link I mentioned above and load it one by one on your web browser to resubmit it.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I don't think that saves any significant time since it just loads the edit page and I still have to click submit again.

Also--when I downloaded a CSV file of entries, the Submission ID is incorrect.

On the web table, for example, the submission ID is 4993370024277428481. But the csv file shows the submission number as 4993370024277420000. It just loses energy by the time it gets to the last 4 digits?

    Hello @LWVWA,

Our apologies for the inconvenience that this is causing you.

However, please note that as my colleague mentioned, there is no other method for editing and re-submitting your form submissions. The only two options are via the Tables page or by manually entering the edit URL into your browser.

Also, I went ahead and tested the CSV download on your form titled Zoom integration test and I was not able to replicate the issue. It seems that the submission IDs are downloading correctly on my end.

Here is a screenshot of the CSV file that I downloaded:

As you can see the submission IDs are complete. Can you kindly try the CSV download once again?

If the same issue occurs, can you please share a screenshot of the issue with us?
