Once again, things are randomly not printing.

    Morning,

    No settings or changes have been made but randomly the Legal Guardian phone number is not showing up on the attached pdf document (when emailed to the recipient) even though I see it on the original submission.

    Thank you for the quick response! In order to assist us a bit further here, can you please try creating a new Submission PDF Document, creating a new email notification, and attaching your new PDF Template?

    Will this require me to create the document all over again? I ask because it seems that way based on the user guide.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the quick response! You should not need to create the document from scratch. When you create a new PDF, a default document should be generated that will include all of your form fields.

    I am hoping that the new PDF you create will include the missing phone number field, and we can start including this new document in your emails.
