Free up storage

Hi, I deleted a lot of my form submissions to free up space, I even went through and "deleted forever" but it did not clear any space on my account. Help!

The storage space is calculated by the files that are attached to the forms when they are submitted not the number of forms you have. To free up space, you need to delete the submissions that contain the attached file. Please view this guide on how to delete your submissions.
