I selected Send Uploads as Attachments, but I don't seem to be getting anything.

    Greetings,

Did you turn PHI ON for your upload fields?

If so, then this is the reason why the uploaded files are not attaching in your email.

Should you have further inquiries, kindly let us know.

    Thank you.

    Hi Sara,
I can see that you have HIPAA enabled for your account.
Please refer to this answer from my colleague on how to turn your HIPAA protection for specific fields, as this most likely blocks all of your email attachments:

Thank you for your response. I do already have the PHI button turned off for every item in this form. Should it be creating a PDF if that is disabled, or is there something more I need to do?

    Hi,

Please share the form link so we can submit a test submission or check the form. Also, if you want to test it, please avoid using the Test email button. Please fill out the form and submit it manually and let us know if the issue still persists. Thank you!

    Thank you for that information.

I checked your form and there's no File Upload field to collect files. I also checked your email settings and the attachment option is disabled.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the File Upload field, PDF attachment, or Email file attachment?

The file upload field is where the user will upload a file (for example, images) to the form. The PDF attachment is the copy of the submission that is attached to the email as a PDF document. The Email file attachment is where you are sending a file to the user who submits to your form via email.

We'll wait for your response. Thank you!

    Thank you for your response.

If that is the case, then kindly enable PDF Attachment in your email. See guide below to know how.
