Generic Emails for all clients ?

Hi there , as you can see I have a Jotform Account . The Purpose of which is for people to Register for Vaccinations at our Vaccination Clinic . It is set up that they get an automated reply once they Register , but we want to be able to send. them all an automated reply easily to give them an update as we are waiting on supplies from the HSE .

Can you please tell us how to do this ? There are 948 people registered so far ..

Hello!

Unfortunately, we do not have an in-house way of bulk sending emails to the users who submitted the form.

The only way you can do that is by using a third-party integration such as Mailchimp, which will gather all the contact information from your form and allow you to send out those emails.

You can also download the submission data as CSV and extract the email addresses from there. You could then use them to send the emails out:
