Hi,
We currently use Jotform to track the sessions our volunteers have with clients and to bill clients.
This is what currently happens. A therapist sees a client. They fill out this form. https://hipaa.jotform.com/210316108790146
It sends a bill to the client, but we don't get a copy. Is there anyway to change that?
Then, if they pay, we get the submission results in this form. https://hipaa.jotform.com/202436812077049, but it doesn't have the date of the session or the submission date on the table, to match it up with the invoice. How can we add the date of the session?
I can't send a screenshot due to HIPAA information on the form.

Hi Nasim,
If you want to send the same email that is sent to the client to you, you can do so by creating a Notification email, setting your email address as the recipient, and copying the current Autoresponder email contents.
